Additionaly you will need a Petri dish 2 slides and a thin piece of wire. Now place the 2 slides in the top of the Petri dish. Once the sample has been cultured and the gel set in the tube mold test kit , using a wire, hook the hardening stick by sliding the wire down the hardenig stick.
Pull the sample gently out of the tube on to the glass slide. Seperate the 2 halves of the set gel on the slides. Now cover and incubate or culture at room temp.
