A sealed bottle of Whole Oregano
was opened and about thirty percent of the Whole Oregano dumped
out.
Samples were immediately taken.
A scoop of Whole Oregano was put in the diluent. A scoop of Whole
Oregano was placed on the prepared plate.
Easygel® was poured over the Whole Oregano in adequate quantity
to cover the Whole Oregano .
The diluent was divided between the three media, with the Low
pH media receiving most of the chives and the high pH media recovered
the greatest number of organisms at this time.
